Nothington was a punk rock band that originated in San Francisco, California. The band was formed in 2006 by Jay Northington and Chris Matulich, who had previously played together in the band Tsunami Bomb. Nothington quickly became known for their gruff vocals, catchy melodies, and punk rock sensibilities. They released several albums throughout their career, with "Roads, Bridges & Ruins" coming out in 2009 and "In The End" being released in 2017. Their music often dealt with themes of life's struggles, personal growth, and perseverance. Despite never breaking into mainstream success, Nothington garnered a dedicated fan base within the punk community and were known for their energetic live shows. The band announced an indefinite hiatus in 2018, leaving behind a legacy of influential punk rock music.
