Swedish alternative rock band

Kent was a Swedish rock band that formed in Eskilstuna in 1990. The band consisted of Joakim Berg (lead vocals and primary songwriter), Martin Sköld (bass guitar and keyboards), Sami Sirviö (lead guitar), Markus Mustonen (drums, keyboards, and backing vocals), and Harri Mänty (rhythm guitar). They were one of Sweden's most popular musical groups, often being referred to as "Sweden's biggest rock band." Kent's music style evolved over the years from grunge-influenced rock in their early work to more synth-based production in their later albums.
