An indie/folk/pop/rock band from Düsseldorf, Germany. "It's Not A Hummingbird, It's Your Father's Ghost" is not a typical songwriter album. The result is a complex and sophisticated achievement, forceful and sensitive at the same time. HONIG have flourished, and by combining clever arrangements with sticky melodies create a sound that works. Now they play folk-pop for the bigger stages, and fear neither grandiosity nor sensitivity.
