Hallows Eve

American thrash metal band

Hallows Eve is an American thrash metal band that originated from Atlanta, Georgia. Formed in 1983, the band is known for being part of the early wave of thrash metal bands that emerged in the United States during the 1980s. Hallows Eve was founded by guitarist and vocalist Stacy Anderson, and they quickly became recognized for their aggressive style and horror-themed lyrics. The band's debut album, "Tales of Terror," was released in 1985 and is considered a classic in the thrash metal genre. They followed up with "Death & Insanity" in 1986, further cementing their status within the metal community. Their third album, "Monument," was released in 1988 and showcased a continued evolution of their sound. Despite never achieving the mainstream success of some of their contemporaries, Hallows Eve has maintained a dedicated fan base and their early work has influenced many later thrash and extreme metal acts. After a period of inactivity, Hallows Eve reunited in the mid-2000s and has since performed at various festivals and events.
