Cosmic Girls (Hangul: 우주소녀; Wu Ju So Nyeo; Chinese: 宇宙少女), also known as WJSN, is a South Korean-Chinese girl group formed by Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment in 2015 and debuted in 2016. The group is composed of thirteen members separated into four subgroups, which are the initials of WJSN – Wonder, Joy, Sweet, and Natural. The group follows a zodiac and cosmic concept, where each member represents a zodiac sign (13 in total). Their sound goes from a bubble-gum sound type to hype the listener up to a very mature composition to introduce the listener to the secrets of the universe, always sticking to the cosmic concept and ethereal essence.
