The 16 tracks on U2's "Best Of 1980 - 1990" album are mainly hits that the band released in the aforementioned decade, including "With Or Without You", "Desire", "All I Want Is You" and many more. In addition, the album also features the song "Sweetest Thing", which the band released as a single to celebrate the release of Best Of, and the bonus track "One Tree Hill".
