Bossanova" and "Trompe Le Monde", the last two albums of the Boston band, released in 1990 and 1991, are now re-released on vinyl in their original packaging. Bossanova" features two of Black Francis' biggest hits, "Velouria" and "Dig For Fire". After the surf-pop of "Bossanova", Black Francis and Kim Deal showed their gritty, rock side from their early years again a year later on "Trompe Le Monde". A cover version of "Head On," originally by The Jesus and Mary Chain, was released as the album's lead single.
