On the contrary, the Brits have always proven to be very changeable and have maintained their unique sound over the years, which has endeared them to millions of fans around the world. And let's not forget their incredible live performances! Since 2002, Marillion has hosted a special event every two years. In England, the Netherlands and Canada, the band plays three different sets over three days - fan favourites, rarities, 20-minute epics or even entire albums. Fans travel from all over the world to be part of this event, this fan family. In 2013, the festival was held from March 22-24 in Montreal, Canada. The band performed their hit song "Sounds That Can't Be Made" in full for the first time. In addition to the eight songs from the album, the band also played five fan favorites: from "This Strange Engine" to "Garden Party", the most successful single from the debut album, all fan requests were answered. The never or rarely played "Garden Party" from the Fish era was the absolute highlight of the night. The fact remains that Marillion are as epic as ever!
