Rage, energy and love After releasing their first live album "A Beautiful Thing: Idles Live At Le Bataclan" only last year, the Bristol band will present a new studio album in 2020. "Ultra Mono" is the title of the third LP. Idles recorded the twelve songs in Paris with producer Nick Launay (Nick Cave, Arcade Fire) and sound engineer Adam "Atom" Greenspan (Rage Against the Machine, Arcade Fire). They were also supported by Warren Ellis, David Yow and Jamie Cullum and Savages singer Jehnny Beth, who can be heard on the song "Ne Touche Pas Moi". With the singles "Mr. Motivator" and "Grounds", the band has already delivered two strong listener impressions of "Ultra Mono".
