Eric Clapton: The Lady.../ltd Wersja na DVD w standardowe wydanie. Ta konkretna edycja została wydana w Europa w wydawnictwie Eagle Vision dnia 12. listopada 2021.
Clapton's intimate acoustic concert in picture and sound Like many other musicians, Eric Clapton had to cancel some concerts last year and this year due to the Corona pandemic and lockout. To give his fans something else to look forward to, the British singer and guitarist instead reunited with his band, bassist and backing vocalist Nathan East, drummer Steve Gadd and keyboardist Chris Stainton, at Cowdray House in West Sussex, England, to record the originally planned follow-up to 1992's successful "MTV Unplugged" album: a new live album, "The Lady In The Balcony: Lockdown Sessions." Only the participants themselves were present at this intimate concert, while cameras and recording equipment were in use. The band recorded 17 songs on the album, acoustic renditions of their own compositions and a number of other blues, rock and country songs. It includes Clapton originals such as "Layla" and "Tears In Heaven", "After Midnight", "Bell Bottom Blues", "Nobody Knows You When You're Down And Out" and "Key To The Highway", blues standards such as "Rock Me Baby" and cover versions of songs that have influenced Mr Slowhand throughout his career, such as Feetwood Mac's "Black Magic Woman" and Peter Green-era "Man Of The World". The full track list from "The Lady In The Balcony: Lockdown Sessions" can be found below. The entire record was produced by Clapton's longtime producer, Grammy winner Russ Titelman (James Taylor, George Harrison, Brian Wilson, Randy Newman, Rickie Lee Jones), who previously produced the "MTV Unplugged" album. "The Lady In The Balcony: Lockdown Sessions" will be released in a variety of formats: as a standard CD, DVD or Blu-ray, as a set with CD and DVD or CD and Blu-ray, on Blu-ray + Ultra HD Blu-ray, and as a set with CD, DVD and Blu-ray, packaged in a 40-page hardcover photobook measuring 12ʺ x 12ʺ. Fans of the records can look forward to a double CD on black vinyl and a limited edition double LP on translucent yellow vinyl.
