An unforgettable concert tribute Dream Theater's career spans more than 35 years. Obviously, in addition to the many albums released, including 14 studio and 9 live albums, many recordings remain unreleased. The American progressive metal icons are showing that they haven't forgotten these archival treasures with a new album series, "Lost Not Forgotten Archives," launching in 2021. In collaboration with the Inside Out label, the long-running YtseJam catalog will be reissued, along with several brand new additions to this special collector's series. YtseJam Records, founded at the time by Mike Portnoy, was already the publisher of Dream Theater's official bootleg collection, featuring live performances, demos and studio outtakes from throughout the band's career. As part of the "Lost Not Forgotten Archives" edition, the entire collection is being released for the first time on CD and vinyl with new packaging. The live recordings "Images And Words - Live In Japan, 2017" and "A Dramatic Tour Of Events - Select Board Mixes" and the "Train Of Thought Instrumental Demos" collection will be followed by "Lost Not Forgotten Archives: Master Of Puppets - Live In Barcelona, 2002" in September. The title reveals: the fourth part of the series is a live tribute to Metallica's famous 1986 third studio album. This archival release is the only recorded version of Dream Theater's interpretation of the thrash metal milestone. As part of the "Lost Not Forgotten Archives" edition, all tracks from Dream Theater's "Master Of Puppets - Live In Barcelona, 2002" have been completely remastered. The concert recording is released as a CD in digipak and for the first time ever on vinyl, as a classic black double LP in gatefold sleeve including the CD.
