British indiepop band Bastille is one of the biggest discoveries of the year. Hits such as "Pompeii", "Laura Palmer" and the recent single "Things We Lost In The Fire" have catapulted the band into the ranks of the most successful newcomers, thanks to which their debut album "Bad Blood" scored in all major European charts... Bastille, whose leading personality is the charismatic singer Dam Smith, will embark on a European tour in the first half of November, which unfortunately will not avoid the Czech Republic. The band will perform in our country on 18.3.2014, when it will be hosted by Prague club SaSaZu. And in November, the band will delight their fans with a re-release of their debut album this year, which will include a lot of new material... The set called "All This Bad Blood" will include not only the original version of the album with twelve tracks, but also a second disc with thirteen new songs. Although Bastille are known for their dark songs, the new "Of The Night" is a bit of an honourable exception. The melody and lyrics of the song combine two huge hits from the 1990s, when the European dancefloor dominated the charts. It's the hit "Rhythm Is A Dancer" by the legendary Snap! and the very first hit of the Italian project Corona called "The Rhythm Of The Night". Lovers of morbid music videos will surely be pleased with the visual for the new "Of The Night", which is full of singing corpses. It is definitely the best video the band has made so far!
