Now 30, Spanish-German musician Alvaro Soler, who lived in Tokyo for seven years and speaks six languages, achieved success in 2015 that others have been waiting decades to achieve: More than 80 gold and platinum awards worldwide, two million albums sold, a total of over 2.5 billion audio streams and 1.5 billion streams of his music videos.
